The Crusher Operator Role
The crusher operator runs the heart of the processing circuit, jaw, cone and impact crushers, balancing throughput, product spec and machine protection shift after shift. It is a role that reads the plant by feel: feed rate, blockages, wear, and screen efficiency. Genuinely experienced crusher operators are surprisingly hard to find on the open market, especially those comfortable across static and mobile (tracked) crushing spreads. ARG holds direct relationships with crusher and screening operatives for permanent roles and for mobile crushing contract campaigns.
